What is a pre-order?
If the description and sticker contain the text pre-order, this means that the item has been ordered or announced from the the supplier. The expected delivery time is stated in the description at item page and can be subject to change. The product can then be reserved in advance by ordering it, as soon as the product arrives to us it will be shipped.
PLEASE NOTE! Pre-orders must be paid immediately upon ordering. In return, you will receive the certainty of an (exclusive) product as soon as it is in stock or an attractive discount. If your payment has not been received when the items come into stock, the discount and/or security of the (exclusive) product will expire and the order will be cancelled. May the product you wish to order still be available after your pre-order expired you can do so at the then applicable price without discount.
How do I place a Pre-order:
- Add the product to the shopping cart and pay as you normally would
- As soon as the item is in stock we will send a message and the item will be shipped
- The product will be shipped immediately as soon as they are in stock unless otherwise agreed
Can I add products that are in stock to my pre-order?
- Your order will be shipped when it is complete (including the pre-order product). Would you like to receive the other products earlier? Then order these products in a separate order.
Pre-orders and cancellations:
- If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please notify us in a timely manner. There are no extra costs when cancelling your order. The amount paid will be refunded via the original payment method. (With the exception of custom ordered/made items, limited or exclusive items which are non refundable)
- The item page has an indication when the expected delivery will take place. In many cases delivery will be faster, but keep in mind that in some cases it may also take longer. The Violet Cauldron cannot give any guarantees about the duration of delivery. If changes occur in the delivery time, this will always be adjusted (updated) on the product page.
- It may happen that a manufacturer does not deliver an order. In this case we will mention this on the product page and send an e-mail. A refund will be made for the undelivered product.
- If a pre-order takes longer than 1 month after the estimated release date, we will reach out to you to find a fitting solution.
