Payment
We like to make payment as easy as possible for you. You can complete your order safely witht he following payment methods:
* IDEAL: Via the trusted online payment enviroment of your bank
* PayPal: with the convenience of your own PayPal account
* Creditcard: with your VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Postepay and Cartes Bancaires
* Apple Pay: this option appears when your order is placed on an Apple device
* Sofortbanking: Simple and direct payment method that is used internationally
* Bankcontact Mister Cash: Paying with bank contact made is easier than ever in your own payment enviroment
* Klarna Postpay: Postpay with Klarna is safe and easy. Payment option up to 30 days after purchase
* Klarna Pay in 3: The option to pay your order in 3 equal parts
* Cadeaukaart/code: add the code to the order during check out
* Transfer in advance: Transfer the costs manually when it suits you (Send us an e-mail for this option)
* Bank transfer: Transfer the costs manually when it suits you (Send us an e-mail for this option)
* Payment upon collection: The costs must be paid when you collect the products (Contact us to make a pick-up appointment)
Orders van be paid via iDEAL, iDEAL in 3, PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Sofortbanking, Bankcontact Mister Cash, Klarna Pay Now, Klarna Postpay, Klarna Pay in 3, Giftcard/code, Advance transfer, Bank Transfer & Payment upon collection.
Advance transfer and bank transfers should take into account that processing may take several days; the order will be processed when the amount has been credited.
During long pre-order periods, payment options such as pay upon collection, Klarna & post-pay may be disabled indefinitely. These will be available again after the pre-order period
Was my order successful?
After you have placed your order, you will usually see that the purchase amount has been immediately debited from your account. You will often also find the order number of your order in the payment reference. If something is unclear, see which situation you recognize:
Has the order not been successful, has the purchase amount not been debited?
In that case, something went wrong with the processing of your payment. You can place a new order with confidence, even if you have already received an order number.
Has the order been paid, but no order confirmation within 30 minutes after placing your order?
You will usually receive your order confirmation within 30 minutes after placing your order. We recommend that you also check whether it has ended up in the spam folder. We are of course happy to help you if you have not received it.
Received order confirmation, but no track & trace?
You will receive all information regarding your shipment as soon as your order is on its way to you. If a track & trace code has not been received, we will be happy to provide it for you. E-mail us at info@thevioletcauldron.com
Can I also use Postpay?
Yes, this is possible with Klarna. (Please note this option is not available to all countries)
Where can I find my invoice?
We send your invoice digitally. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with an overview of the ordered products. As soon as your package is on its way, we will digitally send you the invoice and track & trace code (provided by PostNL) with which you can track your package.
You will not find a packing slip or invoice in your order box. So you can place an online order with confidence to surprice someone.
