How much will it cost to ship to ... ?
Shipping rate varies according to weight of the cart, value and shipping address, you can check your shipping rate at checkout.
Please note additional custom/import fees may apply based on your country and are to be paid upon arrival of your parcel (these are not included upon checkout)
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the weight and size and may be lower or higher. Shipping costs will be calculated after placing an order, and start at a standard rate of €6,95 for the smallest package on domestic orders.
Can the package be sent with another courier service?
If you wish for a courier service other than PostNL, please indicate this in advance by e-mail info@thevioletcauldron.com so we can look at the options.
Can I submit additional wishes, such as no delivery at the neighbors or extra insurance?
This is certainly possible in most cases, please note that additional costs may apply. Please let us know your wishes by e-mail info@thevioletcauldron.com before ordering so we can look at the options.
Domestic Delivery Time
All orders ordered and paid for before 12:00 on working days (Monday to Thursday) will be shipped within 3 working days. Parcel post domestically via PostNL has a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days (except public holidays). The Violet Cauldron is not liable for any delays during transport. International Delivery Time
Please send us an e-mail including your shipping address so we can provide you with the estimated shipping date. The Violet Cauldron is not liable for any delays during transport. Have you not received your order after the estimated delivery date please contact info@thevioletcauldron.com
Import Duties & Taxes
Any customs or import duties or taxes that may apply on your order are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package and will not be reimbursed by The Violet Cauldron. We do not have information on the exact costs as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country .For more information on import costs, please contact your country's customs agency.
Should a customer refuse to accept a parcel due to import taxes or fail to be contacted by the courier to pay for import taxes, they take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, custom charges and handling fees, and must bear any loss resulting from that. No refund will be accepted in this case.
Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by The Violet Cauldron to you.

Shipping
Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during transport. If there is any damage, please send the pictures of the damages to info@thevioletcauldron.com so we can offer a solution. May you wish to return the item please send the return form to info@thevioletcauldron.com. Returns that have not been registered will not be processed. The product and return costs will be refunded to the specified account number.
